Ecco. Poi sociologi ed economisti si interrogano sul perché dello spopolamento della montagna… 🙁 Non basta essere lontano da ogni servizio, non basta la difficoltà di reperire manodopera ed attrezzature, non basta la difficoltà di lavorare terreni impervi da strappare al bosco che avanza, non basta una delle annate più siccitose di sempre (dopo 3 annate più che siccitose…) per dissuaderci dal continuare a lavorare e vivere qui su. Però, che per la prima volta a memoria d’uomo, un simpatico animale ricoperto di aculei prima ci devasti completamente due biolche di patate ed ora si accanisca sulle nostre zucche, beh, la cosa ci fa piuttosto in****are….!
Ma non molliamo, no!
Allora via di recinto elettrico (tanto costa poco, si monta da solo e non occorre manutenzione…). E magari ci aggiungiamo anche una .22 ed un po’ di tempo passato col faro….
Ma fra 1 mese abbondante il risotto con la zucca e taleggio ve lo faccio comunque… buona fine estate a tutti. E avanti!!!
